Refund policy

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. If the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the order amount minus 25% restocking fee, the shipping  amount and the cost for the return.

All personalized, customized, specially ordered, worn and sized jewelry are NOT REFUNDABLE even if they are in perfect condition.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me and I'll try my best to solve the issue.
Rings with gem stones are made by order and considered as a custom made. Please double check the finger size before placing the order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
